You'll need Level Edit (AKA Commando Level Editor) to do this.
1. Open the Editor
2. Make an New Mod Package (Or you made it and just select the Mod Package)
3. Go to Munitions>Ammo>Ammo_Infantry_Weapons>Ammo_RocketLa uncher_Player
4. Press Mod (or Temp if you're making maps)
5. Go to Settings and press "IsTracking".
6. You did the SINGLE PLAYER version of the Rocket Launcher (The Infantry one)
Then you can go to Munitions>Ammo>Ammo_Infantry_Weapons>Ammo_RocketLa uncher_Player>CnC_Ammo_RocketLauncher_Player to do the same thing
Munitions>Ammo>Ammo_Vehicle_Weapons>Ammo_MRLS_Play er for MRLS (MLRS)
And you need to make an map or something in GMAX,or just make a simple Heightfield Map.
