Hmm, I voted for China, but mainly only because the GLA already has a few self-destructing units. I think the demo general already has enough ways to get self-destructing units (i.e. all of his stuff) straight into the enemy base (rebel ambush, terror cell, etc), which seems to make it a bit redundant for him...
Also, balance issues... nuke truck + sneak attack would be a bit too good?
