Juhziz and Deathstrike should have it, but only with a general ability! I would replace Juhziz Blackmarket Nuke with the Nuke Truck. And you should only be able to have one of those at a time.
It should have the same power and 2 times the range of the normal (upgraded!) Bomb Truck. And it should take about 2 minutes (in the Armsdealer, blackmarket required) to build and cost around 2000$.
And if it's destroyed BEFORE it could detonate, it's explosion should do "only" as much damage, as a (Demo generals-) terrorist.
