I just made a count... 45 infantry, 75 vehicles/ships/aircraft, 42 structures, and 42 defensive structures. The text re-appears when there are less than 75 vehicles, but I reduced the total number of defensive structures available by 1 (by selling a prerequisite building) and the text does not appear.

So I think it has nothing to do with the other tabs, just the vehicles tab. Maybe you just can't have more than 74 things there. Of course, I could send anyone here the mod to test it, providing you know what I'm talking about and you don't give the mod to other people or steal it's contents.

Hopefully my avatar should appear correctly now!
