I know all movies in RA2/YR are in Bink format (which suits me just fine)

I'm curious- i've considered adding some ingame movies (appearing in the radar window, same as existing ingame movies)

However, as a psuedo-noob, I'm not slick enough to figure out how to do it myself-- Is it possible to have a movie run in the radar window after creating a building or a unit, or is this only possible via map triggers?
