That hyper-repair thing was an older version of the Reapir Drone that I stuck in. Its icon is now used for EmergencyRepair level 3.
As for the Waypoint Targeting - yes and no :|
You can remove all the comments but it wont work properly. IMHO, the waypoint coding for
units doesnt work properly (or at least as it should) so getting it to work on a projectile object doesnt stand much hope
In actual fact, all the logic relied on was CapableOfFollowingWaypoints=yes setting on the weapon - which oddly enough it already has, but it doesnt appear to work.
A better way of making use of it is to do what Ive done and give the Tomahawks the assisted targeting logic as an upgrade like the Patriot Battery has by default.
