- Since you're new, I recommend you to first put your new files in the Gamedir. Their names must be the same as the original one, plus an "a" at the end : .....a.shp

- Then add the art entries : Just copy paste the original entry, and add an "A" : [.....A]

- In the rules, add AlternateArcticArt=yes

If I'm not missing smth, it should work fine with this..
