I did just that.
Placed the 2 files consa.shp and flakta.shp in the ra2 folder. I went to the art notpad and copied flakt and cons and renamed the names in the brackets with a ending A. [CONSA] [FLAKTA]
I then went to tibed and turned on alternativearcticart.
When I got to the game, the conscripts and flaks were still invisible.
