XCC Mixer can convert them. Go to the file in the left browser pane, in the right pane go to where you want the AVI to be saved. Right click the file, select "Copy as AVI", and select whatever compression method you want. "Full Frames" will leave the file uncompressed, but don't be surprised if a few seconds of AVI produce several megabytes of data.
