Tough question. I use map specific AI's almost all the time. I suppose I could include in the readme file that it is possible to export the AI and then delete it from the map inorder to use a mod. You can always import it back. Seems a bit cumbersome though.

But the AI is basically a scb file anyway so you would overwrite the original ones anyway or use a swap and rename type of mod launcher inorder to use the modded scb's.

If on the other hand a "not so bright" fella was to import the modded ones into the map in conjunction with what is already there it could lead to some very interesting scenario's..........

I'll stick to a map specific AI until something better comes around.
