The lightining storm has individual damage for each strike, try to minimize damage of each meteor. U could try reducing the amount of meteor that showers to the ground. To change this look in rules.ini somewhere in the weapon codes. the loding screen pic is in a .mix files(dont remember which one) try browsing all of them(start with ra2.mix) btw u did make the meteor thing using the lightinig storm codes right?
