well, actually, the prism trooper is possible.....if i cant mod from this game, ill borrow from Dune 2000. Rocket troopers are quite clos to what i want, because ill give the Rocket Trooper the Tesla Weapon, and the ability to join shots from the towers. the rest will be the Rocket Trooper with a modified image.
