Remove the LOD levels. They're probably hidden. The easiest way is to open the 'select by name' window (its the icon up top next to the mouse pointer icon) in that window on the lower left is a check box that should say 'display subtree' if it isn't checked do so.
This should make it obvious which objects belong to which LOD level. Just delete the ones that aren't the LOD you want to export.
