Question: are you asking who's done a good model in a mod or as a free model?

Cold War Crisis, & of course Energy mod have good models for their mods.
If you mean a publicly release model I don't think there is one available but I believe that PCTeen had talked about publicly releasing his mod's model. Not sure what happened after that.
