Is this a multiplayer map? If so, you cannot make them all change to the side that enters the middle. If its single player, you create a trigger that has entered by (player house) and action to activate another trigger and use that as a cell tag. Then have another trigger that is disabled that has any event (so it just fires ASAP) and that has change house to (player house) and attach that trigger to eveny building that will convert.
