i solved it by using an upgrade button...
then commandset upgrade triggerd by the upgrade...
the button fires an dummy ....
it has an maximum firerange....
and then if the dummy-projectile dies i use an ocl which is triggerd by the upgrade...
the only problem is how to delete the player_upgrade ...
i must use an player_upgrade cause the projectile cant use the object_upgrades of the conyard....
and if this would work the commandset would be ready for the next building...

come on guys we MUST solve this problem ...
many TD or Redalert mods would be thankful if we would solve it....
