Mastermind is a voxel, buildings are SHP. You can try adding
Turret=yes
TurretAnim=MIND
to the structure's coding (see grand or flak cannons for reference), but I'm not 100% sure that'll work. Then try extracting mind.vxl+hva, renaming it to mindtur.vxl+hva, and try again. It should work 100% now (at least for me it did, I used a mirage turret on a samsite basis and it worked perfectly).
