IF you would change all verses to 0%, dominator wouldn't destroy buildings, but either way I don't think mind-control logic in Psychic Dominator is based on Controller warhead... If it is, you would have to change verses in that wh, to those like ControllerBuilding has, but I'm 90% sure, it won't have effect.. :/
