If it was meant as I was making my first post here, then yes technically I'm a n00b in the 'new member' sense, but hopefully not in the 'clueless idiot' sense in which it's sometimes used... although I might be, the nuclear-bomb-dropping MiGs I just gave China give them a seriously unfair advantage. Really need to work out this prerequisites stuff so they at least rely on the propaganda centre, possibly the nuclear missile, or a generals promotion like the nuke cannon. It's all fun though!
