as for the paladin : make it a timed upgrade ie 20 seconds of defending and 1 minute to recharge

Could some one help me with the burton and the Tomahawk way pointing upgrades

And how do i create new upgrades?
Ive finished the aircraft section but is it just me or is the old image of the f22 and the crusader tank a bit smaller then the rest?

And goketa i only did the US because it take some time of thinking and playing to come to these ideas
