You need to change the Action, since each Action can only be used once. Search to find a list of available Actions.
This might, however, break some stuff like SW-Anims. To make the clone more independent, I think you can use Type=Nuke for the Westwood one, and Type=MultiMissile for the other one. Dunno what's the practical difference between using only one type or two types, but I do know this only works for the nuke, 'cause WW renamed the Type for some reason.
btw: I give no guarantee for the names of the Types. I have no access to my INIs right now.

Thanks for the reply Renegade...ok so i tried the suggestions you said and here are the results:
1. when I tried the Type=Nuke and Type=MultiMissile....the one with the Type=Nuke would only target but wouldn't fire the nuke. Actually neither would fire which seemed weird cause it was the original rules for it.
2. The clone silo was invisible....I did add Image=NAMISL to it but that didnt work....
3. After trial and error i made both Type=MultiMissile and both worked fine but the ready anims would be all screwed up....but still the cloned silo was invisible.... below are some screenies....
Please let me know any more info....
