OK now new version, new stuff.

- no more CellSpread limit
- option to load sidec03.mix for Yuri
- Desert and Urban random maps

the poll question stays the same

Forget that, there won't be a fully finished version.
But every version is well tested and doesn't change anything in the game unless you make several rules.ini entries (described in my tutorials).

OK, Desert & Urban will always be in the RMG theater list, you can't turn it off.
But who needs to do that?
