Well Evil/good is your own opinion but since Serbia did commit many warcrimes and a sort of genocide (spelling?) id have to say them (no offense to any serbs out there
).
As for super weapons I have 2 planned so far. The US will get the AAAOC (air-attack-and-operations-center) where a mass carpet bombing will be avaliable and Serbia will get the 'Plamen Battery' a large M-63 Plamen MLR artillery battery that fires a barrage of rockets at the enemy.
