There is 3 ways... one is make it the super weapon's control rods
seond simply place USA's control rods and make a second module with Super Weapon's control rods on the same objects and have them act the same.
Third you use GMax with Coolfile's importer and renx exporter and make a new control rods W3D object... and do what DaLump said
