I am an absolute newbie. I have done no editing yet, but i'm trying to learn. I have 3 questions.

1. I want to edit/mod red alert 2. Which program/programs should I use? I want to make my own single player missions. and perhaps edit a few units. I've heard of Tibedit1 and then there is the official program that was on westwood's site. I'm a bit confused as to which program I should use.

2. Is it possible to make civilians cars driveable? (So an infantry guy could garrison in it and drive.)

3. Can a unit call in a nuke attack? (For example a russian infantry unit).
