its called DeathMeter, its got a few interesting ideas, for example, EarthQauke Device instead of Weather Storm, and Prism plane/troopers/boats, tesla planes/boats, a few other things, i made a website, sorry for the stuff that is not set-up yet, but some basic ideas are there. check it out at
