n00b mod. Suggestions required

Well, for the past few days. I've been downloading voxels and shps like mad because i'm trying to create a mod for RA2/YR. the only thing I know is what units i'm about to use (and buildings). I created a testbed of my mod in RA2 with a couple. worked so far but there would be some random "Internal Errors" for no apparent reasons.
Anyways here's a list of the units that i'm going to use(subject to change)
Units:
Allies:
-Airforce Officer: can call F-16 Falcons. cannot defend himself
-Chrono Prison: Hyped-up version of the Chrono Leigonarre
-Mad Dog Heavy Mech: A walking mech that launches MECH missiles with the ability to devastate targets in seconds
-Overlord: the Allied Airship. currently equipped with Temporary Plasma and Ion Cannons. but will be eventually replaced with the Prism Tank's weapon(if I know how it works)
-A-10 Warthog: Self Explanatory. Carries same as Kirov's Bombs
but with a limited payload and speed.
-Orca Lift Truck: Carries an Orca on it's back and will launch whenever target approaches
-Osprey Chopper: Replaces Nighthawk. faster with better firepower
-Nimitz Aircraft Carrier: Carries 5 Hornets and is slower(Available with Americans only)
-Chrono MRLS: a chrono tank with rockets. teleports instead of moving
Soviets:
-Tesla Vanguard: Replaces Tesla Trooper. deployable and uses Tesla Coil weapon when deployed.
-Tesla Commando: ULTIMATE soviet infantry. uses combined tesla coil and infantry weapon(yellow bolt). INSTANT DESTRUCTION but slowest of all infantry.
-SSM Launcher: Launches badass missiles (just as much damage as the Mad Dog Mech). but weaker. best used as packs.
-Kirov Frigate: Flying Tesla Coil. deadly when near infantry rush
-Hind Transport: Part assault chopper. Part transport. Jack of all trades, master of none. carries 3 troops in sacrifice of heavy gunnery and missiles.
-Masstodont. a Soviet version of the Battle Fortress.
-Ripper: Soviet Robot Tank. uses Enhanced version of Rhino's firepower
-Iron Fist War Machine:A Deployable War Factory. cannot undeploy and comes at a lofty cost
-JAS-39 Gripen: Stolen from French. disposable fighter with lethal missiles and weak armor.
Yuri:
-Nemesis Transport: Launches 6 slave gunners. Ground lumbering unit
-Slave Gunner: a slave with a shotgun. does damage in close quarters. Inaccurate in long ranges.
-MIG-17 Fresco:Stolen from Iraqis. Improved speed and reliability. equipped with chaos missiles.
-Gatling Fist: A unit with a rollin' gattling gun.
-Squid: Stolen from Soviets.
-Dozer transport tank: carries 4 infantry.
-Chemical V3: launches a VX Nerve gas warhead and causes instant radiation at a wide radius.
-Poison Grenade Launcher: Yuri's robot tank. lauches poisonous grenades.
Structures:
-Gates: restricts access towards friendly units
-Shoreline Defenses(Pommeler/NDS): Defends the shoreline from enemy attacks. needs other boats to detect subs.
-Soviet and Yuri Airpads: Self Explanatory
-American Airpads: used by the Americans only
-Advanced Thermal Power Plant: allies' answer to the nuclear reactor. 1/2 the power but none of the danger.
-Yuri Mini Bio-Reactor. startup Powerplant. cannot garrison initiates though.
-Yuri Service Pad. In case you want your captured game healthy or fixed.
-Allied Heli-Pad: Launches Comanches to defend base.
-Soviet Missile Rack: Launches Dreadnought missiles faster from land.
