Try to modify the existing upgrades before you make your own. I know you need The CommandSet, CommandButton, and the proper code in the place where the upgrade is purchased and where it is to be applied. Try changing around the TOW missile upgrade. See if you can put it on the Humvee and have it cheaper so each hummer has to purchase it's own upgrade. Start simple, making a whole new upgrade from scratch for the first time is a bad idea.
