Secondly it looks to me like you've not done any work and want everyone else to do it you haven't provided any examples of your progress or any work you've done. You have no coding done, no models, no skins, no concept or promotional art not even a website. To start and lead a mod you need more then an idea you need to put some work into it yourself to show you're serious.

Thirdly we already have some RA2 mods for CnC Generals staffed with some of the most talented this community has to offer.
