That is because ra2 was created with tibsun files
u can get alot of units images from tibsun fairly easily

example: In the ini editor on fa2 go to add then put in..

PDPLANE

then... there is another add button below that for adding tags

so type : Image

click the new Image tag u made then type.. FORTRESS
