Uhh, good luck! The very best thing to do at the moment would be to edit only the rulesmd.ini file. It's easy to understand (mostly) and you can do a lot of modifications with that file alone. You just edit it and save it in your RA2 folder. You'll find the file (and all the other ini files) in a special YR ini download at
