No it isn't, like 4 people have already done this model over at SS, one already had the Swarmling, the cop Car, and a few of the other things, EA discontinued the Work on TT so they could do RA3, as to further the development of the SAGE Engine on BFME 2, and RA3, so I have no clue if TT will come out, but I think it will.
