ok well i got a new comp and everything is all back in order exept for when i try to edit the rulesmd.ini or any ini when i try to launch it, it says failed to start notepad then it says do you wish to launch wordpad then i click ''yes''

but then it makes a error and says failed to launch wordpad does anyone know why?

also can i still edit the ini files on microsoft word?
