Hmm... a greyed out button. Sounds like the buttons and commandsets are right... but probably your button referring to the object isn't found.
Make sure your files are like this:
Data\INI\CommandSet.ini
Data\INI\CommandButton.ini
Data\INI\Object\AmericaVehicle.ini
I think that's your problem, you don't have an Object folder.
Btw you mean that your music.big file is 769 kb right? I hope so because mine is too and I was wondering why it was so small and didn't contain any music files.
