How do you know its in there? I do not believe there is one other than a beacon. But a good thing to try is placing a building which has smoke coming from it just under the surface of the terrain. Also note you can change the beacon colour to something like black or grey by creating a new player whose colour is black or grey. The only downside to this is that the radar keeps pinging in the place where the beacon is.
