Extract a few building images, and use them to compare. When you find a good match, then use the Foundation= of that building for yours.
This of course is backwards, but since you've made the building already, that's probably the best way to do it.
That part in the left-hand corner is going to be impassable to units, when it looks like it shouldn't be. So you should probably add something there.
