There is no such thing as a tank rush. And I can't remember a game where I haven't made a Sentry or Pillbox, in fact I doubt it's ever happened. Your point is also entirely irrelevant: by your logic all defences should be removed from the game or completely ignored.

Also your situation is rare as you are somehow in a situation where u have any enemy construction and not your own in order to build those pill boxes or sentry guns.

So because it's rare it shouldn't be dealt with?
