Maybe he/she meant that the unit doesn't appear on the game.
Even if you have all the code it won't work if it doesn't appear on the VehicleTypes section. NOT in the AircraftTypes section if it is a chopper.
Or look at the Owner= tag. Or the Prerequisite= tag.... Well....
It would be better than you put your code here for that thing.
