main issue with ROTC is hardly any updates and dodgy betas.
Modding i perfer in short bursts.
I commend you for your 4th side efforts and feedback on PD.
I would say I am the 3rd mod to implement 4th side successfully and not just a development idea.
And at least you don't claim to do the impossible although descriptions on site could improve a lot.
Mods that annoy me are Project Alpha which claims to be amazing and unique when it fact most of the info is used or unused i.e. 2 nuke silos cos its bloody unfair
