If you need help it makes more sense to post a new thread, but since it is here,
the cargo plane... should be in the aircraft section. Look at it and see if you see a movement altitude... if not check out what locomotor it has. go into the locomotor section and change it there...
you change the radius inside the sw section if i'm not mistaken..
