to add new superweapons you'd need to use PDs patch. Hunter seeker missile, the only problem is the targetting, and ion storm, would require a clone of the weather storm, which PD hasn't cloned yet, but it would be possable for you to replace the weatherstorm with it, its basicly new graphics.
