Comparing CnC inis with other game's files i have modded(Total war series)westwood work is kinda sloppy indeed though...Half the stuff in rules.ini for instance is garbage(leftovers and comments)let alone the rest of the leftover stuff
(There are leftovers in almost every game's files but not in such numbers!!)
