It isn't PHYSICALLY possible but it is GRAPHICALLY possible, how? simple... but only for one plane

the airstrip's default graphic state would be with the plane on the run way, you can specify an animation for when a unit is dumping supplies, this being the plane taking off and flying away, it would all be part of the building model.
