No, I was not talking about the Chrono tank, but now the problem is solved. I've found it again, the mod is called Overkill, and it replaces the Chrono Miner with the Heavy Miner, which has a IFV type launcher sticked on it. VERY useful in missions like Deep Sea, when you're miners are exposed to enemy fire.
P.S: I believe the mod also incledes the Chrono Tank.
