This isn't true, interpretation of how sexually attractive a member of the opposite sex is seems to be far more influenced by society and the culture in which someone grows up rather than genetic factors. Also, human populations are far too outbred for any discreet population to be considered a different 'breed' (which is an arbitrary term anyhow), there is pretty much unbroken continuous variation as you move between geographic locals as to how fairly superficial physical characteristics vary. Even for what is sterotypically an 'asian' appearence varies greatly between relatively close geographic areas and they only appear similar to those who are not used to living among populations in those geographic areas.
For the purpose of genetic 'purity' (whatever that is supposed to mean), you could pretty much 'breed' with any human of the opposite sex and be able to safely say the offspring were 100% pure human. Notions of eugenics that involve inbreeding are flawed and would result in much weaker human genetic stock.
