"I did"? You did what? Not to be rude, but your description of what you did is very sketchy.It does not, for example, give me any idea of what you did during each step, where mistakes could have been made.When troubleshooting, you need to be exact, and dont summarise, if you expect a proper answer.If this means going back and doing it over and over again, then so be it.

If the normal black lotus animations(not your custom one) are screwed up in W3dviewer, then you have messed up the skeleton, most likely by editing the base pose.The only other cause for this, is incorrect reference skeleton.

If they are fine in W3dviewer, but messed up in-game, then you have an ini related problem, with either the wrong skeleton or wrong animation file being called.
