Yes this is correct, but to make a new paradrop, AllyParadrop and AmerParadrop are changed around. AllyParadrop controls the Paratrooper special for America and the Tech Airport. AmerParadrop becomes the new superweapon for whoever. So to sum it up
AllyParaDropInf=E1
AllyParaDropNum=8
are shared by America and the Tech Airport. This is how you make a new paradrop without Rock Patch.
