Don't follow that tutorial

Get a clean rules and just do this ...

AmerParaDropInf=E1
AmerParaDropNum=6

AllyParaDropInf=GHOST
AllyParaDropNum=1

When an allied player captures an airport he will know deploy one NAVY seal
