ok so try changing the heightdie update to this:

Behavior = HeightDieUpdate ModuleTag_05
TargetHeight = 1.0
TargetHeightIncludesStructures = No
OnlyWhenMovingDown = Yes
SnapToGroundOnDeath = Yes
End
--- OR --- (yes, if that doesn't work change it back and do this)
change the line in the weapon code to this:
ProjectileCollidesWith = WALLS

I'm guessing its more likely the projectile heightdie behavior. The scud storm used to have the same problem. Dee fixed this in progen, but I'm not sure about EA.
