I am modifying the countries in ra2 and adding the iranian-israeli conflict into the game.
I've changed the names etc. now i only need to change the load screen and the flags which are displayed in skrimish and multiplayer.
If I'm right, they should be in the original ECACHE file which i cant find in ra2 directory. How can i extract it from the game or where can i download it?

And explain me how to extract files from .mix format or if you have an idea tell me where exactly i need to put the flag files and load screen files so they will be seen in the game + if you have a way to gwt them on my comp, maybe downloading or something.
